WHO WE ARE.

  • Shannon Hiller-Webb

    (pronouns- she/her)
A 45-year Portland resident is the Principal of Prosparus, a marketing and strategy consultancy specializing in moving food and beverage businesses to their next level of prosperity. She was born and raised in Portland and watched it grow into the 28th largest city in the U.S. Shannon believes we are very long overdue for more diverse and inclusive representation given that for decades City Council has been largely filled with white men from SW and NW Portland with little to no representation for residents in SE, NE, or N Portland. She invites all of us to vote on November 8 to bring Portland into a brighter and more inclusive future.

    Jenna Goldin

    (pronouns- she/her)
A 21-year Portland resident, is a co-owner of Shift Accounting LLC, community organizer, and economic and housing justice advocate. Jenna comes to PDX4ALL because of her love for her Portland community. She is deeply concerned with how the Portland City government works and how an overwhelming majority of constituents are left out of the conversation. She believes it is crucial that the Charter Commission is successful on November 8 if Portland is going to move towards becoming a more inclusive, accountable, compassionate, and progressive City.

  • Marie Tyvoll

    (pronouns- she/her)
A 17- year Portland resident who grew up in Oregon is a program manager and is active in civic affairs. As a person of white privilege, Marie is frankly embarrassed that Portland is literally the only city among our nation's largest to lack representation for all residents, especially given Portland’s horrific racist history. She sees the Charter Commission vote on Nov. 8 as a critical opportunity to bring representation and professionalism to our City. She wants to see an end to the City Council back-room deals and bureaus that are not professionally managed. She believes we ALL deserve better and invites you to vote YES on Nov. 8.

  • Jonathon Hill-Jacquard

    (pronouns- he/him)
A 15-year Portland resident and lifelong Pacific-Northwesterner, is a designer, illustrator, and concerned citizen that believes the Portland Charter needs to change. Vote YES on Nov. 8 and hold our representatives accountable to the public’s needs.
